Verses - Bible Memory App Reviews

I always found it hard to memorize scripture, but this app makes it easy! Ive learned so much scripture in the short time that Ive had it, and its helped me get through the day remembering Gods promises. This app is incredible. I also bought the NIV version and it was so worth it. I love it.

Like you, I always seem to have my phone in hand and in front of my face. This app is truly helping me memorize Gods word (and in the translation of my choosing). It has a great, smooth layout and 5-ish different games/helps/modes that can be used really put the words to memory. Its like playing a game that challenges you mentally and that doesnt even mention what its contents do for your faith and soul. I havent tried any other Bible memory app but I dont plan to. The only knock is that if you want to learn via audio (verses being read to you), it does not break them up line by line - phrase by phrase - but rather only verse by verse...and Siri reads (mechanical sounding). Maybe that is something they will improve upon in a later update. Yeah?!? But a really solid app here.

Probably the best app out there to help you memorize Bible verses. I love it! Plenty of variety on the "games" or activities to help you reach your goals. Definitely recommend!!

This is a fantastic memorizing app. Never seen anything like it. The only thing is, it keeps deleting my collections. I keep making more collections and then it it leaves one full one and one empty One. Like it wasnt saved or something. If that could be fixed itd be a total 5 star! Highly recommend it.

Ive used about 4-5 applications for scripture but this one takes the cake because of its organization. You really should give it a try to see how well the UI is and the practice games are also very well done. Great app, would highly recommend.

Even though I love this app and have suggested it to friends/family, I feel that there is room for improvement. I wish there was a way for this app to remind me to practice verses and to have a list of verses that are due based on when I last practiced, etc. there have been a lot of suggestions made on their website, but the developers of the app dont seem to be making any changes, which is disappointing.

This app is awesome!! It feels like games but Im memorizing scripture!! I look forward to my devotions every morning now!!

Love it! Have my kids learn verses on it. Would only suggest adding passage(ware it is written in bible) not to the final test but to all pre tests as well(my kids learned the verses but struggle know ware it was written) Apart from that amazing app. Good job God job makers of this app!!!

At first when I saw this I was suspicious with all the nice reviews. But I decided to try it anyway and if your having second thoughts DEFINITELY GET IT!!!!

I love how its the Kjv bible! It has a really nice layout and it helps me memorize verses!

This app helps me memorize verses easily! The different methods it uses are perfect to help me retain the verses. I can work on them wherever I go and have extra time. I can review ones Ive already memorized. Its all around a great app. I highly recommend it. Im in my early 60s and love that I can still learn more Scripture.
